Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide across Ireland.
Delivery Timeline
- Minimum of two working days for delivery on all orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Shipping Cost
A flat-rate shipping fee of €50 applies to all pipe orders.
A flat-rate shipping fee of €15 applies for all accessories.
Courier Service
All orders are fulfilled and delivered via our trusted logistics partner, ACE Logistics, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your Terrendis underground pipe products.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
